We will treasure our memories of our stay. What a better way to start our life together. We couldn’t have experienced more beauty and true hospitality anywhere else. Thank you for a beautiful honeymoon.

The goal of the Blue Heron is to make guests feel so welcome that they think they are staying at the home of a friend. Guests are welcomed at the door by name and given a personal tour of the Inn as they check in.

Guests Enjoying a Delicious Breakfast
A refrigerator in the dining room has a variety of cold drinks for guests including sodas, juice, wine, and beer. Hot drinks such as hot chocolate, spiced cider, and coffee are also offered. Drinks are available 24 hours a day.

Guests are encouraged to gather in the Great Room to socialize with the other guests. The innkeepers are eager to provide advice on area dining as well as directions to the many varied activities and scenic drives the area has to offer.

Breakfast is a special affair at the Inn with homemade entrees such as omelets, quiche, and stuffed French toast. The Ewing family is enjoying their breakfast on Christmas morning in the Inn’s sunny dining room.

The new Mrs. Linda Knowles isn’t wasting any time practicing her housekeeping chores.

Dr. and Mrs. Knowles had their wedding dinner in the Inn’s inviting dining room and spent the first night of their honeymoon in the Blue Heron Suite.
