Meeting Accommodations
The Blue Heron provides the perfect setting for private business meetings and retreats by allowing the staff to get away from the office and it’s associated interruptions.
Whether you are coming for just a day or for several days, your staff will enjoy this quiet and relaxing venue for their discussions.
There is ample parking near the front of the Inn. A conference room accommodating up to 20, has a large conference table, Internet access, and privacy.
The Inn’s great room provides a casual location for more informal meetings with it’s comfortable sofas, chairs, and cozy fireplace.
The loft also provides a good breakout location with seating and a table for smaller discussions.

Room Discounts
The Inn offers groups 10% off the listed room rates when the entire inn is booked. The inn can accommodate up to 18 people in beds.

Meals and Refreshments
Meeting attendees can enjoy breakfast consisting of fresh fruit, homemade pastries, a variety of juices, and coffee, tea or hot chocolate.
Lunch is served in the Inn’s sunny dining room. The Inn has several menus to choose from including such entrees as homemade soup and salad, quiche, dinner salads, or pasta. An afternoon break consists of sodas or juice, and cookies.
After a long meeting day, a relaxing social hour with appetizers and refreshments can revitalize attendees and allow for further casual conversations. Although the Inn doesn’t have a liquor license, groups can bring their own. A wine corkage fee of $3.00 per bottle applies.
Dinners at the Inn are special affairs with color-coordinated linens, china, and glassware. The Inn has a variety of delicious menus for dinner and enclude such entrees as Thai-spiced pork tenderloin, herb rubbed prime rib, or chicken cordon bleu. Outdoor Western Dutch oven dinners can also be arranged for groups from 10 to 50.
